Application Instructions

Surface Preparation

Internal concrete surface should be smooth, clean and free from sharp projections otherwise a protection layer (non-woven polyester 140 g/m2) must be used to receive PVC membranes.

Apply INSUWRAP PVC 1500 L (1.50mm thick) lining membrane over the geotextile.<br>For upper fastening of the membrane, excavate a circular trench around the basin (about 40cm wide and 30cm deep). Extend the membrane to the trench and fully anchor it using sand or concrete.<br>Weld the membranes with 50mm overlaps by using hot air welding techniques. Dress all pipes and drains with the membrane as per manufacturer recommendations.
